As y'all probably know, I've been entrusting my skin with IDS for the past few months. During my last consultation, I was recommended I go for the Pico Laser Treatment which would help brighten and even out my skin tone.

 

 

After checking my temperature, I was ushered into a private corner at IDS.

 

The laser session took about 15 minutes in total. I was initially worried about the potential pain because I have a low pain threshold, but I'm happy to share that besides a warm sensation (comparable to when you apply vitamin C on your face), there was minimal to no discomfort.

 

The best part of the Pico Laser Treatment was there was zero downtime — I headed out barefaced immediately and a few days after with confidence, knowing that my skin was absolutely glowing!

Other than the laser session, I was also impressed at how IDS remembered the skincare routine he prescribed to me without needing to double-check the system, considering the dozens of patients he must see every day.

 

Despite my skin's sensitivity, it has been reacting well to every product IDS prescribed to me, so I know I'm in safe hands every time I'm at IDS :) I've had a wonderful experience thus far, with the receptionist, facial beautician and dermatologist at IDS, and will definitely recommend trying a prescribed skincare routine at least once if you're facing any skincare concerns.
